We only accept returns if the products arrive defective!

If you receive a defective product, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we confirm the defect, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Return the Product: Send the defective product back to us following the instructions provided. Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid further damage during shipping.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the defect. If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will issue a full refund, including the return shipping costs.

Please note that we do not accept returns for any other reasons. Only defective products are eligible for return and refund.
